An issue occurred that caused a spike in alerts for Primary failure - this affected a small number of units and the cause was potentially an issue with Tele2. The issue was quickly resolved either by the SIM roaming to a new network or failing to a new profile. This shouldn't have had any downtime at all for your units and minimal impact. We are working with CSL to find the actual cause and will report back when it is known.
