Ce jeudi 30 octobre à 14h00, un incident est survenu sur le réseau de notre partenaire Deutsche Telekom, entraînant des perturbations de connexion sur certains transmetteurs NOVO uniquement dans la région France.
Des investigations et actions correctives ont été menées par Deutsche Telekom, et un retour à la normale progressif a été observé depuis 15h30.
La situation a été entièrement stabilisée à 18h ce jeudi 30 octobre.

On Thursday, October 30 at 2:00 PM, an incident occurred on the network of our partner Deutsche Telekom, causing connection disruptions on certain NOVO transmitters exclusively in the France region.
Investigations and corrective actions were carried out by Deutsche Telekom, and a gradual return to normal was observed from 3:30 PM.
The situation was fully stabilized by 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 30.
We remain in contact with our partner to obtain more information about the causes of the incident.

Este jueves 30 de octubre a las 14:00 horas, se produjo un incidente en la red de nuestro socio Deutsche Telekom, lo que provocó interrupciones en la conexión de algunos transmisores NOVO exclusivamente en la región de Francia.
Deutsche Telekom llevó a cabo investigaciones y acciones correctivas, y se observó un retorno progresivo a la normalidad a partir de las 15:30 horas.
La situación quedó completamente estabilizada a las 18:00 horas de este jueves 30 de octubre.
